SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The Ten Active ships internationally!
Free shipping is available for all Australian orders.
A $10 flat rate shipping is available for all international orders.
Across Australia, we use a courier service for all shipping requirements. This means they'll be at your doorstep within 2 business days of your order. Shipping is provided by Go Logistics in the Sydney-metro area and TOLL for outer NSW and interstate customers. We do require a signature at the point of drop off, so we suggest sending your pants to an address where you'll be available to sign for them (and for this reason, we unfortunately cannot dispatch to PO box addresses).
Internationally, we use a variety of shipping partners in order to get your pants to you as quickly as possible.

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange and as such, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:
- Are returned to us within 10 days of delivery
- Are accompanied with your proof of purchase
- Are returned in their original, saleable condition with the original tags attached
- Have not been worn, washed or damaged; and
- A Return Authorisation (RA) Number has been approved and is accompanied by your return form (sent with your original order)
How to return or exchange:
Contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a return authorisation (RA) form and number. Please confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternative size or return as a refund. Once your return/exchange has been approved, we will email you with an RA number and returns form. Please complete the returns form and post with your goods to:

Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. Express Post) when returning goods to The Ten Active. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items are considered the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for exchange.
All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
