The ultimate pregnancy smoothie

We are huge smoothie lovers at The Ten, and not just because they make us feel virtuous in the morning. This one in particular is packed full of so many beautiful ingredients that will nourish your pregnant body, so you're left feeling energised, satisfied and ready to take on your day.
Our quantities are loose, so get creative with your personal preferences.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 fresh date
- 1 tablespoon of almond (or other nut) butter
- 1/2 cup of baby spinach
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of goji berries
- 1/4 cup of frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of a vegan protein powder
Blend and enjoy!
