When you're pregnant - whether you're a few weeks in or nearing those final weeks - venturing outside your door for anything other than the absolute necessities can be just too much. And when it comes to exercise, motivation becomes increasingly difficult.

That's why at-home workouts are a win-win scenario. You can stay in the comfort of your own home, while enjoying all the benefits of a workout specific to your changing needs.

We did a round-up of our favourite at-home workouts specifically for pregnancy - regardless of whether you're looking for a gentle stretch or a cardio dance party (in your lounge room, of course). Here are our top picks:

For Stretching - Active with D
We adore Dana, and her pregnancy stretching guide is no exception. It's gentle yet challenging, and stretches your body in a safe, yet highly effective way. If you haven't checked out her Instagram, that will be enough to convince you to embrace a little stretching.

For Toning - Barre Body Online Studio
Barre Body's Online Studio contains some fabulous prenatal-specific workouts for different target areas of your body. One day, you may choose to focus on your glutes, while another day, you might go for the upper body. Whatever you choose, you'll enjoy Barre Body founder Emma Seibold's gorgeous personality and challenging workouts.

For Yoga - Lara Dutta's Prenatal Yoga Routine
Pop YouTube up on your TV, and settle in for 30 minutes of gentle yoga that's incredibly calming, relaxing and nourishing. The gorgeous poolside setting will have you breathing easily and enjoying your mama-baby time.

For Cardio - Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project
While it's not specifically cardio, Tracy Anderson's 9-month program will certainly have your heart pumping. It is filmed while Tracy was pregnant, and is wonderful to be following along with someone who is just as pregnant as you are (and understands how you're feeling at that point in time!).
